Refund Policy

Items shipped from, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

  • For information about products that can’t be returned, Please Contact the Customer Care.
  • To determine if a product sold by has a longer return timeline, locate the product type below. If the product type isn’t listed or doesn’t state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
  • While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to, some seller returns policies may vary.

  • If you have retuned an item to Factory’s Depot by mistake or included something not intended for Factory’s Depot in a return, Then Charges As applicable will be charged to the Customer.


How Long Do Refunds Take?
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return.


To return your order, please keep the package ready with original packaging and invoice. Contact our customer care. We will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our courier partner, you can use your own way to ship to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges etc. will not be refunded
